Welcome and thank you for taking a leap of faith by inviting yourself into Pennies in a Pond-Gift Activity! We are individuals committed to helping disadvantaged children, the disabled, and our elders.

We can never feed enough hungry to end starvation, we will never build enough living space to house our homeless, and we will always have our elders and the poor with us who require assistance. As you embark upon this website... think about what you can do to make a difference. This could be as easy as flipping a Penny in a Pond, then double or triple it for 14 days, six months a year.

I will pass through this world, but once, any good therefore that I can do or any kindness that I can show to my humankind that I do it now.  Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again,

Our Mission

This adventure began with our 10 year old daughter, Kayla, riding to school (most mornings) and questioning why there were young children waiting in the rain for their school bus without jackets or a coat.  She constantly asked why?  Given her passion and interest, we decided to dedicate our personal finances to helping children (and their family) from sleeping under the freeways of America.  Families who are struggling for self dignity and independence! Flip a penny in a pond for 14 days and six months a year.  

Who are we?  We are individuals who see solutions and are truly compassionate / dedicated in assisting the most marginalized disadvantaged children, disabled, and our elderly.
